Tracking numbers for your kits are provided in the “Stork is on Its Way” email and in your Milk Stork account.
FedEx scans all packages that are tendered into its possession. To determine the status of your shipments please click here.
For each shipment and tracking number in your order, you will automatically receive two emails from from FedEx:
- FedEx Shipment Tendered
- FedEx Shipment Delivered
IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS FOR THESE EVENTS, IT MEANS THEY HAVE NOT OCCURRED.
Occasionally, severe weather and other unexpected disruptions can impact FedEx delivery times. This information will be indicated in the FedEx tracking status. While disruptions to FedEx’s service are out of Milk Stork’s control, the REFRIGERATED coolers provide a minimum of 72 hours of refrigeration and the FROZEN coolers provide up to 96 hours of maintained temperature to accommodate unexpected delays that can arise.
FedEx does not pick up or deliver on Sunday. Shipments tendered on Saturday will arrive Monday. Shipments tendered to FedEx on Sunday will deliver Tuesday.
