Change of plans? If your order hasn't left our warehouse yet, you can cancel it online.
DOMESTIC:
If you have not received the “Stork is on Its Way” email (indicating that your order has shipped out of our warehouse) you may cancel your order by logging in and clicking "My Account".
If your order has already shipped or is in your possession, click here to contact us.
Important things to know:
Orders canceled after completion will be refunded less S&H. Please do not open the shipping box. We cannot take orders back once the original outer shipping carton has been opened.
INTERNATIONAL:
If you have not received the “Stork is on Its Way” email (indicating that your order has shipped out of our warehouse) you may cancel your order on the “My Account” page.
If your order has already been completed, we will be unable to cancel the order and you will be charged the full amount.
