Because every travel itinerary is different, and each hotel has its own shipping and receiving procedures for FedEx, you must schedule the pick up directly with your hotel. If your hotel or destination is unable to assist you with your FedEx Express shipment, you may use a FedEx approved shipping location that works with your specific travel plans and schedule.
If your hotel is tendering your outbound shipment to FedEx, please make sure to monitor your tracking number(s) to ensure that the hand off to FedEx occurs. If you do not see these scans that means they have not occurred, please contact your hotel.
Please note, your label will indicate Saturday but can still be shipped as a Priority Overnight shipment Mon-Fri. If you tender on a Saturday, it will deliver Monday.
