Because every travel itinerary is different and each hotel has its own shipping and receiving procedures for FedEx, you must schedule the pick up directly with your hotel. If your hotel or destination is unable to assist you with your FedEx Express shipment, you may use a FedEx approved shipping location. These locations and their final cut off times can be found here.
If your hotel is tendering your outbound shipment to FedEx, please make sure to monitor your tracking number(s) to ensure that the hand off to FedEx occurs. If you do not see these scans that means they have not occurred, please contact your hotel.
Your label will indicate Saturday, but can still be shipped as a Priority Overnight shipment Mon-Fri. If you tender your shipment on a Saturday, it will deliver Monday.
Please be advised, in the chance that you miss final cutoff our coolers provide a minimum of 72 hours of continuous refrigeration once activated.
