The Milk Stork Freeze holds up to 48oz/90oz of frozen breast milk and keeps milk frozen for 96 hours when it is packed properly. To achieve its maximum capacity, we recommend freezing milk bags upright. Using bags that do not have a zip top will decrease the amount of milk you are able to fit in the cooler.
Freeze coolers do not have an activation button.
1. Place frozen breast milk into the Freeze & Ship™ or Freeze & Tote™ or Freeze & Check™ cooler.
2. Once milk is packed, place lid on top, ensuring that it sits flush. Close the outer box.
3. Use circular seals to seal the cooler.
Milk Stork Freeze coolers do not have an activation button. Our coolers work with high performance vacuum insulated panels that will maintain the frozen temperature for up to 96 hours.
The cooler must be packed to full capacity for the milk to stay frozen. If you did not have a full stash, you could fill the difference with frozen Ziplocs of water. It just needs to be packed to capacity in order for the milk to stay frozen.
