How does Legacy’s service work?
Legacy’s semen analysis is an easy and quick process. After ordering your package on the Milk Stork employee portal, Legacy’s Client Service Advisor (CSA) will reach out to lend a hand throughout the semen analysis process.

What’s included in Legacy’s various packages?
Legacy’s packages start with a clinic-grade fertility analysis, including volume, count, concentration, motility, and morphology. In addition to semen analysis, Legacy provides data-driven lifestyle recommendations on over 100 data points including lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, and unique circumstances to help improve fertility. Aspiring fathers using Legacy are guided through the onboarding and collection process by a Client Service Advisor.
Legacy offers three options for male fertility testing*:
- For Today: Includes 1 collection with semen analysis, lifestyle recommendations and 1 week of complimentary cryostorage.
- For Tomorrow: Includes 2 collections with analyses and lifestyle recommendations, plus 5 years of cryostorage.
- For Forever: Includes 3 collections with analysis and lifestyle recommendations plus lifetime cryostorage.
*The variety and mix of packages offered may vary by employer. Not all employers offer all packages.
How do I order Legacy?
Select the package you wish to receive on your employee ordering portal. Once your order is complete, a Legacy Client Service Advisor (CSA) will reach out to you within (1) business day to guide you through the collection process.
Will I be billed for my Legacy order?
No. Your employer covers the full cost of the Legacy packaged ordered via the Milk Stork Portal.
What if I would like to access Legacy’s services beyond what my employer is providing?
You may purchase additional services out of pocket on Legacy’s retail site.
