🧊 How It Works (No Activation Required)

The cooler doesn’t arrive cold—and that’s by design.
There’s no activation button because our vacuum-insulated panels kick into action the moment your frozen milk is packed. From there, you get up to 96 hours of cooling time.

• Ship on Monday, Tuesday, or Friday to avoid weekend delays

• Milk must be fully frozen before packing

• Freeze bags flat in zip top storage bags to maximize cooler space

• Avoid bulky bags like Willow/Kiinde—they reduce how much you can pack

Your pre-labeled FedEx box comes ready to go—just look for the "ETD" label (no extra paperwork needed).
Scheduled pick-ups are not available for international shipments. Be sure to check if your hotel or destination can assist, or plan to drop off at a nearby FedEx location.

🕒 Shipping on a Thursday? Your milk may not arrive until Monday.

Delivery takes up to 3 business days (no weekend delivery)

📬 What to Expect When Your Milk Arrives

As soon as your cooler arrives, pop that milk straight into the freezer. 💨🧊

Don’t stress if it looks fully frozen, partially frozen, or a little slushy—that’s totally normal! Breast milk varies based on your body’s unique fat content, so texture and even smell can differ from bag to bag. A soapy or grassy scent? Totally safe. 

✨ Pro tip: If there are still ice crystals, it’s not fully thawed and can safely be refrozen. If it’s completely liquid, use it within 24 hours.
