What is SimpliFed? 

Feeding your baby should feel empowering—not overwhelming. Whether you're preparing during pregnancy or navigating feeding challenges in the first months of your baby’s life, SimpliFed is here to support you every step of the way.

SimpliFed offers virtual consultations with International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs)—from the comfort of your home, on your schedule. All consultations are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video connection, ensuring your privacy and convenience.

How do I schedule my appointment? 

1. Log in to your Milk Stork Employee Order portal.

2. Click on the SimpliFed tile to browse available appointment packages.

3. After selecting a package, you’ll receive:

   • A booking link to SimpliFed’s appointment portal.

   • A code to book your appointment at no cost.

4. Once your booking is complete, your lactation consultant will send an intake form, where you’ll enter your code.

Before your consultation, SimpliFed will send you a secure video link for the session.

Need more than one appointment? Use the same link and code to schedule future sessions. You can continue working with the same consultant or choose a different one—it’s up to you.

Appointment Details

• Length: Up to 1.5 hours

• Availability: “First available” appointments are typically offered within 24 hours

Who are SimpliFed’s lactation consultants? 

All SimpliFed consultants are International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs). This means they’ve completed rigorous training and clinical hours to support you with personalized, expert guidance.

You can:

• Browse consultant bios and credentials

• Select the same consultant for future visits

• Choose a new consultant anytime

Messaging Support

Need to follow up or ask a quick question? SimpliFed offers a secure direct messaging feature so you can connect with your consultant through a HIPAA-compliant portal.

Cost & Coverage

You will not be billed for SimpliFed consultations. The service is fully covered by your employer when scheduled through the Milk Stork portal using the provided link and code.
