After completing your order through your employer's Milk Stork benefit portal, you will need to create an account with Happiest Baby and follow the below instructions-

1. Sign up for a Happiest Baby account.
2. Use the same email address you used to place your order on your company’s Milk Stork portal. (This is usually your employee email address.)
3. After registering for an account, go to the SNOO Smart Sleeper rental page.
4. Click the “Rent Now” button.
5. Select the BASIC option with no minimum rental period. *Please DO NOT select the 6-month minimum option*
6. Go to your cart and checkout.
7. Follow the prompts to process your $99 refundable deposit. 

You’re all set! Happiest Baby will be in touch with shipping information.  Near the end of your rental period, you will receive an email from Happiest Baby with detailed return instructions. Please retain the original box the Snoo was delivered in, as it will be needed for the return. A return shipping label will be provided for your convenience.
