Milk Stork Eco Stash coolers do not arrive cold, pre-chilled, or activated, and there is no activation button.
These coolers use high-performance vacuum-insulated panels to maintain the frozen state of pre-frozen milk.
👉 The 120-hour frozen window begins once the milk is packed into the cooler.

🧠 Helpful Information to Know

• 🔬 Breast milk composition varies, and so does its freeze point — even from bag to bag.
• 🧊 Milk may arrive fully frozen, partially frozen, or nearly liquid. This does not automatically mean it’s unsafe.
• 👃 A grassy or soapy smell is normal and safe. Only milk with a sour, unpleasant odor (like spoiled cow’s milk) should be discarded.
• ❄️ Milk with any ice crystals is safe to refreeze.
• 🕒 Milk that is completely liquid should be used within 24 hours of cooler arrival.
