How do I return my Milk Stork order?

DOMESTIC:

To return a Milk Stork cooler, please ship it back in its original outer carton. We'll issue a refund, minus shipping and handling fees, once our warehouse confirms the cooler is re-stockable. For a return shipping label, contact our Customer Care team here.

INTERNATIONAL:

We are unable to accept international returns.
