DOMESTIC ORDERS:
If you have not received the “Stork is on Its Way” email (indicating that your order has shipped out of our warehouse) you may cancel your order by logging in and clicking "My Account" then navigating to "Order History" and selecting the order.
If your order has already shipped or is in your possession, click here to contact us.
Important things to know:
Domestic orders canceled after completion will be refunded less S&H. Please do not open the shipping box. We cannot take orders back once the original outer shipping carton has been opened.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
If you have not received the “Stork is on Its Way” email (indicating that your order has shipped out of our warehouse) you may cancel your order on the “My Account” page.
If your order has already been completed, we will be unable to cancel the order and you will be charged the full amount.
