👉 If your order hasn’t shipped yet, log into your account, head to My Account > Order History, find your order, and hit cancel.
🚚 If your order has already shipped or is in your hands, reach out to us here and we’ll help you sort it out.
📌 Heads up: If your order’s already been processed and packed, we can still cancel it, but shipping & handling won’t be refunded.
⏱️ Please note: For domestic orders, cancellation or return requests must be made within two weeks of your requested delivery date, with your order tracking back to us within seven days of receiving your return label.
🌍 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
You can cancel your order before it ships by logging in and going to My Account > Order History, find your order, and hit cancel.
📦 If your order is already out the door, unfortunately we won’t be able to cancel it — and you’ll be charged the full amount.
