How to Locate and Understand Your Tracking Information
Milk Stork makes tracking your shipment simple and accessible. Tracking numbers for your orders are available in both the “Order Shipped” email and in your Milk Stork account.
Where to Find Your Tracking Number:

Order Shipped Email
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.

Milk Stork Account
- Log in to your account on the Milk Stork website.
- Navigate to Order History, select your order, and locate the tracking number in the order details.

Tracking
- All Milk Stork shipments are scanned by the courier upon receipt. Click the tracking number in your email or account to check the status on courier’s website.

No Sunday Pickups or Deliveries:
- Saturday Shipments: Delivered on Monday.
- Sunday Shipments: Delivered on Tuesday.
- Severe weather or unexpected disruptions may occasionally impact delivery schedules. Any delays will be reflected in the FedEx tracking status.

Cooler Performance During Delays
- Milk Stork coolers are designed to handle delays:
- Refrigerated Coolers: Maintain temperature for a minimum of 72 hours.
- Frozen Coolers: Maintain temperature for up to 96 hours.
This extended temperature control ensures that your milk stays safe even during unforeseen delays.
