Do I need customs forms for my international breast milk shipment?

All Milk Stork International Ship coolers will come pre-labeled with a FedEx International Priority label. This label will be marked "ETD" - which means your commercial invoice is electronically uploaded within the label. NO OTHER DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED. Once a FedEx employee scans this label, they will see all necessary documentation. Please see the below image for an example.

Milk Stork cannot schedule international pick-ups. FedEx International does not operate on the weekends. FedEx can and does ship food and breast milk.  FedEx locations can be found here.

Occasionally, FedEx may require additional information for your milk shipment traveling to the US. If any additional information is needed, FedEx will email you directly to assist in completing this information.  Should they request FDA information, an account can be made here.
