HOW TO SHIP YOUR BREAST MILK HOME TO THE U.S.
All Milk Stork international shipping coolers will come pre-labeled with a FedEx International Priority label. This label will be marked "ETD" - which means your commercial invoice is electronically uploaded within the label. NO OTHER DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED. Once a FedEx employee scans this label, they will see all necessary documentation. Please note that even with proper documentation, shipping breast milk internationally comes with inherent risks. Service disruptions, weather, and customs inspections may lead to increased transit times.
Please make sure you are familiar with the international shipping regulations that apply to the countries in your itinerary so that your breast milk makes it home safely and on time. If you opt to bring your breast milk home as checked luggage, our Pump & Check and Freeze & Check coolers include a travel duffel bag and luggage tag.
FedEx International Priority shipping back to the U.S. may take up to 3 business days. If you tender your package on a Thursday or Friday, likely, it will not deliver until Monday. A signature will be required for your delivery of breast milk back home to the U.S. We recommend signing up for FedEx Delivery Manager to customize your delivery, manage delivery times, and add a signature to your account. Please do not add any additional items to your packed cooler, as doing so will likely result in an extensive customs delay.
*Please note that all Milk Stork deliveries are shipped via FedEx and are subject to their Terms of Use.
HOW TO TRANSPORT BREAST MILK FROM COUNTRIES NOT SUPPORTED BY MILK STORK
If you are planning to ship breast milk back to the U.S. from a country that we do not ship from, you can still use Milk Stork to tote your breast milk home as a carry-on or in your checked luggage, using one of these other Milk Stork solutions.
